The Busan RISE Innovation Institute supports universities in serving as hubs for regional development through the Busan-type Regional Innovation-Centered University Support System. Through this, we aim to overcome shared challenges faced by the region and universities and foster mutual growth.
The RISE framework is guided by the vision of the • New Wave of Innovation for the 2030 Global Hub City,' consisting of four key initiatives: Human Wave for talent innovation, Industrial Wave for industry advancement, Social Wave for regional value expansion, and University Wave for comprehensive university transformation.
