To support medical schools in innovating and standardizing their curricula based on institutional and regional conditions, thereby nurturing excellent medical professionals. -

- Developing an integrated six-year curriculum model supporting student career exploration and academic guidance.
- Expanding essential medical education and clinical training such as early clinical exposure.
- Utilizing AI and other digital medical education content.
Learning Support - Developing and sharing quality educational content through cooperation with KAMC and inter-university partnerships.
- Facilitating credit exchange and lecture sharing among medical schools.
- Providing career path coaching and mentoring for students in major exploration and career decisions.
- Supporting faculty capacity building in teaching, counseling, and assessment.
- Sharing educational resources such as labs and clinical training centers among medical schools.
Evaluation - Strengthening learning and assessment support through the establishment of a question bank platform.
- Promoting comprehensive evaluation of knowledge, skills, and attitudes through portfolio-based assessments.
Region-Specific Medical Education - Designing and operating clinical practice programs in collaboration with local hospitals, including regional medical centers.
- Developing and operating localized medical education programs.
- Operating long-term integrated clinical practice programs (LIC).
